project managment or construction engineering?

أيهما أفضل ؟

i thank the project mangement is more efficent than construction mangement for the following reasons:
1- the global view for mangement.
2- more area of mangement knowledge.
3- the construction mangemnt is a part from project mangement.
4- i thank also the working markt condaitions.
finally i would like to thank you for this question because it is a very good one!!!!

اعتقد ان المسألة هنا هي مسألة تخصص عام وتخصص اكثر تحديدا

فكما تفضل الاخ امين علم ادارة الانشاء يعتبر جزء من علم ادارة المشاريع .. فإدارة المشاريع تشمل المشاريع الصناعية والتجارية والعمرانية والانشائية ...الخ.

ودراسة علم ادارة الانشاء يتطلب معرفة بعمليات الانشاء وقوانينه. كما انه يتطلب معرفة بالجانب الهندسي منه، فهو تخصص في الوسط ما بين العلوم الهندسية والعلوم الادارية.

العلم شامل وادارة المشروعات تكون أكثر أهمية ان كان المهندس لديه خبرة عملية.

Certainly the project Management is in the higher position than Construction Engineer in the Organization of any major project , in addition Any organization for conducting big project should include Project manager and construction manager where the construction manager working under the project manager.


But if your question between project engineer and constructing engineer ?
I think the construction engineer in higer position than project Engineer , but in some project organization in same leve
