    1mol of water produce one mol H2 and half mole O2
    we assume Temperature 25C
    the density for water aprox 1kg/liter
    so one liter water weight one kg
    one kg water will 1000/18 =55.5 mole
    so one liter water will produce 55.5 mol H2 and 27.8 molO2
    they are two way to calculate the volume by density or by 1mol of the gas will occupied 22.4 liter at 0 degrees and 1 atmosphere
    will use second way easier
    the volume is 24.46 L/mol at 25 °C, 1 atm; I will use that figure. At other conditions(different temperature and pressure) , it is
    22.414 L/mol x 101.325 kPa/P x (273.15 + T)/273.15 K, where P is pressure in kPa, and T is temperature in °C

    we have 55.5 mole of H2 the volume will be 55.5*24.46 =1358.9liter
    and we have 27.8 mole O2 the volume will be 27.8*24.46=679.44liter

    we can see the volume of hydrogen produced from one liter water 1358.9 liter and its twice the oxygen
